Our first time there. We came for the music. Feb 18, 2024. There was a piece of paper in the menu. I filled it out how I wanted my beyond burger. The waitress screwed up the order and they brought me a regular beef burger. They didn’t bring out my bf’s food. I sent the burger back and waited another ten minutes. By then Bf was already done eating. When they brought the corrected order, they just threw it in front of me and left. We were frozen solid on the outside deck. (I had on two pairs of jeans,two pairs of wool socks, and five hoodies) They need better heating on the deck. Good tv-big10 network. Earplugs in so didn’t hear the band. Chili was $9.25, burger with 4 onion rings $17.50. Bill $40 with tip.

We made reservations the day before so when we arrived we were seated right away. However, it took a while to get a waitress to take our order because no one was assigned to our table. We will give it another try since the food was good and we want to try different things. Enjoyed the gentleman singing.

Had great burgers, buffalo chicken dip and chili. It was a Saturday night with a live band. Make reservations early in the week if you want to listen to the band on the deck. Great atmosphere to sit and enjoy the night!

With family in town visiting, Bertie’s was the perfect relaxed atmosphere to have a great meal with attentive service! Was great for the kids too! Our reservation for the table was ready with high chairs and comfortable seating with plenty of space to eat at the table!

They had a great piano player who played a nice variety of music from Elton John and Billy Joel and many other favorites. We had great burgers with reasonable prices. Definitely will be back.

One of the best damn burgers I've had in a long time!!! Fresh meat from a butcher down the street with amazing build your own options!!! Only suggestion add the mango habenero sauce from the wings on the list of sauces, that made the burger even better than i thought it would!!!!

Great game day destination. The burgers are great, but I wish the staff would use the names on the custon order sheets to get them to the correct person the first time. Their Bloody Marys and Keilbasa fries are excellent.

Food is delicious, service is always great! Super friendly neighborhood atmosphere. If you don’t like loud music, I’d recommend avoiding the deck when they have bands on weekends.
